Interesting things happening at the swimming championships.
Katie Ledecky accidentally broke a world record and must have been a length ahead of the person in 2nd.
And she said she was surprised as she was swimming "easy"!
Guess her training was extremely effective!

    Some of the other big names (Lochte, Missy Franklin, etc) seem to not be doing as well as expected!

    That girl can move! I had to google it. Incredible. She treats every event like a sprint. Good grief. And I was realizing today how S.L.O.W. I am... (I'm also old enough to be her mother, so there's that...)

    Her 1500m swim time is literally twice as fast as mine. I might cry.
