Here is where we can do the weekly weigh ins (I left it open for the week so everyone can continue with whatever their weigh in day is)

    I started on August 1st. And I think I will have my usual weigh in on Tuesday, but I was thrilled with my last 4 days results! 7lbs has never happened to me! So exited!

    5 weeks into this, fairly happy with results.

    Great week of eating but I've had my share of vodka this week (12 hour days on an erp implementation will do that to you), so I'm sure that's hindered my efforts :/

    This is my first week back to MFP. I actually started logging my food on Wednesday this week. This past wkend, I weighed 222 and feeling very bloated. Yuk! I started cutting back without logging my food and dropped to 220 on Tuesday and Wed. Thursday morning, I weighed 218 and this morning is 215! I'm sure a lot of the weight loss the first week is toxic water, but I don't care, I lost 7 pounds this week!! Yippy for me, toot, toot, toot! :p

    Feeling a little bummed...ate pizza for dinner yesterday and I have been SO bloated today. I just feel awful about the eating of the pizza AND the "feeling" of a post-high carb meal. I told my husband that tomorrow is another day, and I'm getting back on track!!
