Laura - I'm sure it is very miserable to run in that. I was mainly teasing you as it is unbearably hot here and so the idea of being cold sounds amazing! We still probably have another month or two until the temp even drops below 100. *sigh
I was planning on doing an hour and a half bike ride this morning...but my alarm didn't go off. Of course. So I overslept a half hour. Still going to get that bike ride in but it will only be an hour. Which isn't bad. But this has happened before where my fitbit app says it has synced my alarm, I forget to actually check my band, and then the alarm didn't actually sync. I need to remember to double check for those rare times where it didn't work. Live and learn.
Church today, then we're going out to eat for either lunch or dinner. I'll try to make some healthy choices. This evening I need to get the kids cleaned and ready for their first day of school...and I'm hoping to do my homework from Teri.
Have a great end to your weekend everyone!0 -
I don't deal well with hot, so it's good I'm in Minnesota.
Our summers are beautiful, but we make up for it in the winter of course.
We had 94% humidity on my run this morning, which isn't a whole lot more fun than cold & rainy. But it was good to get out, even though the trail had extra puddles to navigate around or leap over from all the rain. Trying to get some stuff done around the house too. Made a list this morning & am chipping away at it.0 -
Hello, headed out early to Costco because air said ok in Medford. They need to check their sensors! Very smokey, we shopped quick and left. I am only 20 miles from there but road curves away from there and clear here.
No exercise maybe walk when it cools down later.
We are leaving early in morning to go see house, so traveling for a few days. I will still be online though.0 -
Good luck Marla!0
