Done! So much easier today!! Wasn't "easy" but much better than last week!!
I only had to do modifier for hopping/jumping moves that were done while in squat/lunge position. Those are harder on the knees. I did not have to take any pause for water breaks, but a couple times I stopped an exercise about 4 seconds early because lungs burned (asthma) or legs burned (squat segment is torture).
Overall, I can see HUGE improvements in my strength. I'm so excited!0
