I have done nothing but gain this summer. Now all the craziness is coming to a close so hopefully that will help me get back on track. I am hoping to get back on track these last four weeks.

My goals today
1) Get my steps(13000) yesterday was the first day in weeks i actually hit my goal. I actually exceeded it by 2000 step i was thrilled.
2) stay in my calories
3)drink 12 glasses of water
4) laps in the pool
5)no sugar(i.e. candy,cookies,cake, ice cream)
6) Laundry
7) get my son's medical records from his previous doctor

    Congrats on the steps!

    My goals today:

    1. ride bike to work -- done!
    2. get to bed at a reasonable hour and get at least 6 hours of sleep
    3. dentist (ugh!) -- done!
    4. stay within calorie goal

    I'm setting my goals from today . well done on the steps .

    I have gained weight, just a couple of pounds but I think it is because I started running and building new muscle. diet is good, workouts are good and pants are a bit looser.

    I will just keep on keeping on and see what happens.
