    Good job! You are very close to your August goal! I entered mine into the spreadsheet this week. It was good to see I lost 1.2 this week as opposed to .9 last!

    I have already hit my August goal, I honestly didn't think I would lose as fast as I have been. So now I am hoping that I get to 198 by the end of the month.

    I hit my August goal yesterday at 147 and change...the scale was stubborn at first but it seems to be going well now! I am thinking about lowering my monthly goal by a couple pounds. It feels great :smile:

    I started back to teaching this week, so I burned a lot more callories. This weeks goal is to drink 64 ounces of water a day. On a side note, I had a friend lose 22 pounds in 3 weeks by cuting out carbs almost completely. He said it was causing him to retain water also. It's not healthy, but it's inpressive. LOL

    My August goal to start was 255, but I unexpectedly reached that, I think I lost water weight, but I'm resetting my goal to 250.

    Down 3lb :smiley: Very proud of myself!!! Started back to work and kept up with my workouts even when I was tired. Everyday this week there were treats in the lounge. Homemade cookie, donuts and then yesterday there were 10 different kinds of pies. I looked, and smelled them but did not taste. The calories weren't worth it. I would rather have real food. Starting to feel the difference!! :) Keep on moving!

    Thank You!! I cant wait! When I was 185 before I got pregnant I was unhappy, but right now, where I'm at, I'd love to be back at 185! Cant wait to get there and even lower!

    Thanks! I honestly did not think I would reach that goal by the end of the month. I though for sure my weight loss would be slow, but I guess not. My husband has also started watching what he eats and we both walk at night with our kids, and he's lost 18lbs in the last 3 weeks or so. I'm proud of him, and even a little jealous of how fast he loses!

    Oh gosh, I know how hard that is, the company work for always seems to be feeding us, plus we have a soda and food vending machine as well and some days its all I can do to keep myself from buying something that I know is no good for me. I haven't caved yet, and I don't plan on it anytime soon!

    Last week I went up 4.2 lbs in 4-5 days and was hoping it was water weight from eating out a lot. I'm glad to report that this week, not only did I lose the water weight but I'm down 2 lbs from my August starting weight! Yay - I was on track the whole time, just had too much salt or something so my water weight was up :)
