Bruising

hey guys. I've read that low carb diets can result in random bruising. I definitely can see that because I'm a little more than 2 months in and it looks like someone beat the crap out of my legs. Haha does anyone else have this issue and if so, have you tried anything that helps? I've heard it's due to lack of vitamin c so I guess I'll try some supplements. Just curious if anyone else has this issue .

    Yeah, it's usually a vitamin C deficiency.

I had this at around the 6-week mark, I think. It has resolved. I didn't know about the Vitamin C deficiency link. I did increase my daily carbs, in the form of vegetables and fruit, since that time.

Thanks for asking this question! I've had the same bruising and wondered about it. I do take a multivitamin but will add some vitamin C. Will see if it improves. I'm just over 5 months in being 10, or less, since May 1 for reference.
