IMWL Newbies- survival tips!

talk to me experienced IMWL folks...how do you survive the first few weeks.......post practical tips here!

    Going to both exercises classes helped me keep my energy up.
    Going to bed earlier than I was used to (10:00 pm instead of midnight) also helped me avoid late night hunger since my last shake was at 7:30 pm. The extra sleep also helped with the energy level.
    Getting used to the taste of the products took some time for me, but try several things to see what you like (or at least can tolerate) and what you absolutely can't stand. I found that mixing some products (like puddings with fiber beverages) helped improve the taste and consistency of both.
