Hi there. I use Naturade unsweetened, throw in some nut/seed based milk, add frozen kale or broccoli, frozen fruit (usually mixed berries and/or mango). From there I keep experimenting with other things. Fresh parsley is good. Lately been adding in some Bob's Red Mill Hemp Powder for some fiber and a bit more protein.

Oh man, I make so many. Here are some favorites.
    • Frozen Pineapple, tangerine, ginger root, cucumber, kale, skim milk or almond milk (I add some almonds or flaxseed for protein)
    • Frozen banana, pineapple, spinach, espresso beans, almond milk and a little pb2 - ugly but tasty.
    • Frozen peaches, strawberries, carrot, spinach, and water (or almond milk)
    • Apple, carrot, ginger, a splash of orange juice, a touch of lemon juice and red peppers

    My favs
    • Spinach, strawberries (use the whole thing, the tops have nutrients too!), frozen peaches or frozen pineapple, blended in coconut water.
    • Spinach, carrot, tomato, onion, garlic, dash salt, dash hot sauce, blended in water (my version of a V8)
    • Spinach (that's my favorite leafy green in drinks), cucumber, cantaloupe, blended in coconut water.
    • Spinach, clementine, pineapple, vanilla, blended in milk (my version of an Orange Julius)
    • I don't drink a lot of juice, but now and then I'll make up a batch of this juice to have on hand, great summerry drink...4 granny smith apples w/peel, 1 english cucumber w/peel, 1/2 of a cantaloupe, 1 large carrot w/peel, blended in water and strained.

    Hello! Great ideas!
One of my favorites would be: oatmeal, peanut butter, banana, almond milk. Great for a breakfast meal, especially if you're on the go. It will last you till lunch time!

    My absolute favorite smoothie is:
Chocolate protein powder, fiber powder, Peanut butter and Oatmeal (tastes like no bake cookies)!
    Sometimes a little coconut oil.
This keeps me full until lunch and is very tasty!
