Thanks! I honestly did not think I would reach that goal by the end of the month. I though for sure my weight loss would be slow, but I guess not. My husband has also started watching what he eats and we both walk at night with our kids, and he's lost 18lbs in the last 3 weeks or so. I'm proud of him, and even a little jealous of how fast he loses![/quote]
My husband isn't really trying to lose weight but because I'm making better food and I'm now doing all the shopping (he would buy and eat the bag of chips on the way home. THE WHOLE BAG!) he's lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks.0 -

I went the wrong way this week. It's okay b/c it's that TOM and I always bump up 5 pound for about a week then it drops back off plus more.0

I don't even.remember my August goal. I need to look back. I just had a 3rd baby 2 months ago, so now that the initial weight loss is over, I'll lose slowly but surely. I'm hoping to be 188 at tomorrow's weigh in. ☺0
