    I was doing really well until I went for coffee at timmies and had A muffin. Bad move!! I have a hard time staying under my sugar amount for the day because I love to eat fruit and it calculates all the sugar in it too. I figure the good out weighs the bad in those cases.

    I ended up a little over ( not even looking at my macros!) and contemplated not having pie with the kids... But figured it was totally worth it. Really, how often does one have pie?!? I logged it though!! Both pieces!!

    Today I was under over all but was over on a few key factors but whatever I stayed under and got to have a beverage that was included at the end of the day! Left the school at 10 pm tonight! It all starts so soon!!

    I did not stay only a little over... Effing pie.. Looking at me... Dammit! And the WHOLE time I thought "I should just make some tea".

    So today has been such a *kitten* of a day, well the whole week has been really that I had chicken fingers and fries and gravy for lunch at the hotel and am now sitting on the deck drinking a beer. You think maybe mfp will explode when I key all that in?

    I did log for yesterday and for today! I was 212 over today and more than that yesterday but that's alright because what patty had said in her feed about the amount they allow me seems very low (I think it is 1500 or something I will check later) this logging has been a huge eye opener as well as trying to figure out this blog thing or board or whatever it's called- that's why I didn't log yesterday lol I didn't realize to open each one

    1360 is my daily allowance and im a whole lot bigger than 136 lbs! And spend the majority of my day on my feet and lifting

    Speaking of eye opening.... I was doing well yesterday, and then ended up at McDonald's yesterday. Went for it with supper. After getting home late lastnight, and not logging...ended up eating a WHOLE box of mini ritz cheez sandwiches, because hell, I was over anyway. When I DID log this am, with the mcd's, I was still under by 100, and a cup of tea would have saved my *kitten*. Also-- FYI- a box of mini ritz sandwiches is 950 calories. Ugh.

    And today, I feel *awesome*. :s

    Today is another day!! Don't beat yourself up about it but I have to say that I am slightly happy to hear that I am not the only one that does those things.

    Lol! I have to laugh-- about a year ago when I was working out a lot more, I posted something similar on fb about weaknesses and one of my good friends said something about how it was good to see that even someone like me had slip-ups. I was like "REALLY?? Have you met me?!?".

    Ok so I didn't even bother trying to finish logging yesterday. I have no idea how to go about putting in my cold plate supper that I ate along with 2 desserts!! Oh yes and the 2 beer I drank. Maybe I can create my own food entry that said evil supper worth 1000 calories? On another note is 1 cup of homemade oatmeal with nothing in it really 300 calories?

    Ehn, I just quick add calories for some of those. It's a crap shoot anyway.

    As for the oatmeal, no way. It's likely using the cup as the dry amount. A regular serving is 1/3 cup dry. I know I have it in mine as something like "1/3 dry, prepared" or something. What ever it is, it matches up with what's on the bag!

    Ok I'm going to try that again. I figured there was no way it was 300 calories. It starts out as 1/3c dry.

    Oh my gid good for you guys I got I think three days in and life slapped me upside the head and I haven't been back in since but I am here eating hasn't been supper healthy as I was working at a charity garage sale all weekend so it was eating in fits and spurts but I did make a big batch of vegetable laden chill before I went and took the crock pot with me to share. Was very diligent with the portions of that but people kept buying damn Tim bits! Tomorrow is a new day!

    Been sick and at the lake- more left my body than went into it the past 2 days and no reception so couldn't even log in... You ladies r very encouraging to keep moving forward though! Keep it up.

    Naomi I bit the bullet and logged in all the pieces of black forest cake that I ate this weekend. Made a dessert for a cold plate supper Friday night and brought half of it home. I put it in the fridge, you know out of sight out of mind idea, but apparently that also meant I wasn't supposed to open the fridge either :( oh well it's gone now. I just can't do what Kerri ann says and throw it out. Today was a better day!

    Today was better at the end but the middle sucked waited to long in between breakfast and lunch and my yummy mostly healthy lunch was not satisfying and ended up eating not good stuff. Cleaned up my evening meal though! Was yummy and satisfying! Garden beans and potatoes are always a good thing!
