I just wanted to introduce myself! My name is Kate. I'm 24 and a sahm to a beautiful 13 month old. We are still breastfeeding and hope to make it another year or so. I'm having trouble deciding how to add calories back for nursing, or if I even should. She still nurses several times a day and at least once a night. Any advice would be great!
