I started baby fresh with Nine, loved him but I feel like his personality wasn't as strong as the more recent Doctors. Eleven has my heart though. I do love me some Matt Smith <3.
Oh uh... *cough*cough*
Excuse me, my fan girl is showing.
Anywho, who is YOUR Doctor? Lets here it!

The Ninth Doctor (although I did watch it circa 80's but I was very little and cannot remember which one was first for me at the time lol)

My favourite is Ten w/ Donna Noble ✨

the new show startet in 2005 so the 9th could not have been your first if you saw it in the 80s^^

Ten and Donna were probably the most hilarious pairing yet. They were probably the best of the bff's. ... If that makes any sense....

I get what she means. Doctor Who is actually one of the longest television shows in history. My dad remembers watching it in the 60's. So she's saying she remembers watching it but (Nine was her favorite)?. <---- Correct me if I'm wrong with that part please!

10 was my first and David Tennant is my favorite! I went back and watched 9, of course. Actually in the process of re-watching the 9th-11th, and loving it. Excited to see more of the 11th doctor. I'd only seen a few episodes before I moved out to the African bush, but now I'm armed with a hard drive full of goodies :)

    +1 to this

9 was my first doctor but my husband is a HUGE Dr Who fan (he has a Tardis tatooed on his back btw) so I am also familiar with the classic series.

Matt Smith will always be my favourite :) - Met him at the Dr Who Convention a couple of years ago and he was lovely in person : )

You are sooo lucky. I saw him last year at Comic Con but literally just that... I looked at him. lol! The line was soooo long I would have been there for at least eight hours. Oh well, at least I can say that I was in the same room as him. :D

I thought you were all referring to the New Doctor Who in which case it was 9.

I was referring to the New Doctor Who. All I meant was that I also watched the original older series as well in which case my first Doctor (to the best of my knowledge) would have been Tom Baker.

Eccelson is my first, but I think like a lot of people of my age we all have a general notion of Tom Baker being "The Doctor".
I'm getting my wife to watch through the seasons on Netflix and catch up, it's been fun seeing the development of the Doctor from the 9th Doctor reboot
