This blog ... http://blog.myfitnesspal.com/track-new-goals-by-adding-custom-measurements-in-myfitnesspal/ ... talks about how to track other measurements in MyFitnessPal. I use that feature to keep my TOPS weights. I call the measurement TOPS and enter those numbers right after weighing in at TOPS. It gives me a neat graph that I can show to other members. (I've got the chapter leader using MyFitnessPal now -- she's lost 7 pounds in her first month!)

Labeling it is a great idea! I have been using the phone app and never thought of doing it right away. A "Duh!" moment for me.

wow thanks for telling me about that. I discovered the nifty pie chart that shows my calories per meal per day on my mobile app. Its not the same on the internet web page that is a bar graph. it helps to see a color coded pie of how your meals and snacks are broken up percentage wise. And I love being able to add my exercise burned calories back into my days plus it keeps me honest if I say Im gonna do 30 minutes then I do those 30 minutes......and I can keep track of my BMR (its under Apps) so I know when my calories need adjusting as I lose weight.
