For me, I have only been on this diet 2 weeks. I have so much more energy, my body feels so much better. The neuropathy in my feet is nearly gone.

I have been getting better sleep, and I have not had any symptoms of costochondritis. I feel so much better.0

I lost weight, felt more energetic, do not get tired right after lunch, and get a better (deep) sleep without major snoring. I have been on the diet (for life) for three weeks so far and have not missed wheat (,corn, rye, barley, etc) at all. I do eat rice (brown only) but not to a major extent.0
