When you start your cut, (started my 2nd week today) how long before I should take a break? Can I do it for a month then take a break? Also how long should I take a break for, is it a week or two? Also do I go straight up to maintenance or? I'm not sure how many calories to add. Any other advice?

12 weeks then break, unless you feel a need for a break earlier. And then you go straight to maintenance.0

8-12 weeks. The more fat you have to lose, the longer you can cut without a break. The closer you get to your goal, the shorter your time eating cut. Usually a week of eating maintenance is a good break, yes go straight to your TDEE.0
