Thanks for good thoughts. Dad went to progressive care and is now in a regular room. Still low hemoglobin...hmmm? I got him up and rolling with his wheeler cart. He hates the ones the hospital uses. So this made him happier. It's kids tomorrow so the fun begins.
Still thinking of all of you in fire zones and praying for relief.
@scarfe9991: I am so glad to hear your issues seem to be improving with IT band and ankle.
@Dean: You will have to share a photo of your fur baby. I am giving mine melatonin to take the edge off her days. She is not letting me out of her sight when I am home. Visions of days when I first adopted her. Change is hard on the old girl.
Aug. 23: 10 miles: I managed to get some cycling in early today.
Aug. 24: 7 miles: 5 on bike and 2 on foot.

Sorry that I'm just now updating. I made to many commitments for this month. I did manage to get some miles in though
8/4- 1.7 miles walking
8/11- 1.6 miles walking
8/12- 1.7 miles running
8/13- 2.7 miles running
8/14- 1.6 miles walking
8/18- 4.1 miles running
8/20- 4.1 miles running
8/22- 3.5 miles running
8/23- 11.5 miles cycling
8/24- 3.3 miles walk/run

It was really nice today. Bean and I walked for a bit then I went off by myself. Then got on the recumbent bike. Then hit the gym w/DDD and our trainer...more squats! egad!!
