Hello and good morning! I just restarted C25K yesterday and this is it for me. I had completed it several years ago but stopped running when I found out I was pregnant and it took me awhile to start up again. But I am back and this time it is for good. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

remember to take the breaks. too much at once can lead to injuries and burn out-I'm sure you knew that but I thought it would bear saying
