Maybe consider a tiny shoulder wrap or shrug if that is a worry. they make super light weight ones if it's warm.0

I've found that since I've had my arms tattooed I'm not so self conscious about them. I've been wearing vest tops all summer x0 -
If anyone is obnoxious about it, say it was a traumatic event in your life that you've wholly healed from. if they aren't super close family, it isn't they business anyway. hugs.0
