I will simply hide my scale and wait until Oct 1 to step on it again. (This will, of course, prevent my husband from teasing me about clothes getting too big while the scale barely changes.)

Savage September sounds good to me, although we know already that it will be KISS. Hhmm, maybe mine will end up being savage though, if I transition back to ZC.

Well you can Keep It Simply Savage then.
I don't care. Just challenging yourself somehow is good enough for me.

Yeah....that sounds good, thanks @Bacon. I still have some garden veggies to deal with, so will gradually transition. Then the true savage will come out!

The exercise challenge was somewhat successful last month too. At one time it was proposed that we could have Strengthening September. I'm all for alliteration in whatever we decide!

Ok, for KISS I'm refocusing on DIY. At LEAST once a week, hopefully more, i'll do or make one thing that I've slacked on the past 6 months and bought (i.e. soap, sausage, dressing mixes, blah, blah, blah). Get back to basics. As far as eating, if my Great-grandmother didn't know what it was, i'm not eating it.
