Breakfast

A few days ago I ate a larger than normal breakfast; specifically, a blt. What surprised me was I didn't have any appetite for lunch. As an experiment I repeated it this morning with the same result. I end up eating cottage cheese and fruit for a late lunch.
I'm not sure why I didn't expect this, but it strikes me that this would be a possible method for banking calories for a large evening meal.

Great idea. I skip breakfast everyday but eat lunch and dinner. It makes it easier to hit my calorie goals and I like having more calories for each meal instead of splitting my calories between 3 smaller meals.0

I eat a big breakfast everyday, moderate sized lunch and a small dinner. I am never hungry and always feel satisfied. I'd recommend it to anyone!0

When I do that, I'm usually hungry by 2ish, which then makes me not as hungry for dinner, and then hungry again right before bed. I've found a small breakfast but medium lunch work best for me. The medium lunch is key to helping me not snack overly much.0

I try to eat 30gm of protein for breakfast, to hold off any cravings. Then I eat lunch around noon or as late as 3pm, and a late dinner. Some days I fast through until 2-3pm instead.0
