Log your food! it makes a world of difference and gives you the visual of what you're eating.

Drink water! lots of it! Keep a 24-32 oz filled water bottle with you at all times and if you have not refilled it at least twice before dinner - you're not drinking enough.

Finally, move! Find some type of movement and/or exercise daily.
Dance around your house, walk around the neighborhood, go to the gym .. no matter what you choose ... get up and move! :)
