We are close to the end, I hope you have learned about yourself, made some friends, offered encouragement and been encouraged. I hope you will join us for the next challenge and I promise that one I will be more involved in. This one was hard since I was injured. I am feeling more myself and even did a short run last week. Woo~hoo!!! I hit the goal! Dropped the water weight from last week and the weight for this week! I'm still going to finish up on Labor Day here, I can't believe I did this though! So excited!0 -

I'm deployed on a ship, and we hit some bad weather for weeks 7 and 8. When the waves are rough, it's difficult to weigh because I stand on the scale and watch it try to figure out a weight - it'll keep going up and down between 160 and 180 and then say error. Couldn't get anything accurate until this week when the seas calmed down0 -
Well I was bad about logging this challenge. I stopped weighing myself. I started weightlifting. A couple of weeks I struggled with my diet. I looked at week 1 I weighed 172. I weighed myself today and I'm 172. I'm going to start cleaning up my diet and see if that gives me better results. At least I didn't gain anything. I'm just stuck at a plateau.0
