I've searched and can't find a Whole30 group - do folks usually come to this group for that?
Anyhow, I'm getting ready to (re)start my 2nd Whole30 tomorrow! I've completed one before and LOVED the results so I know I can do it. It's just the first 10ish days that are hardest for me.

I am away next week, but was thinking of starting it when I get back. What results did you get last time?

I couldn't find any active Whole30 groups either which was part of why I joined this one. I'm currently reading It Starts With Food and plan on starting Sept 1st. After I complete it, I plan to stick to paleo or primal - I figure I'll decide when I'm done with my Whole30. I've greatly reduced my grains and legumes already and don't eat much dairy or refined sugar so I'm hoping for a smooth transition!0

I looked at this and the cutting out of all sweeteners and dairy doesn't work for me…so I will stick to VLC..but it looks like a great way to 'eliminate' everything..and start clean,,, which works for many people0
