Best Fall recipes?

Can I tell you a secret? I LOVE fall! The smells of all the spices, the cooler temperatures, all the colors and above all else.... the food! Nothing beats curling up over a bowl of something hot when nights get chili (although that hasn't happened yet).
So, what's your favourite Fall food?
Mine is this Veggie Chili from the picky eater blog. I've tried some of her other stuff with mixed results but the chili is amazing. You can easily add meat or leave out beans or even add more veggies, I usually add whatever else is sitting in the fridge and use beef broth.

Southwestern Black Bean Soup
I soak a bag of black beans overnight and then I drain them and put them in cold water and cokk them until they are tender. I then put them in my blender with some of the water and puree them. Then I add ground cumin and dried cilanto to it and just pulsr for the flavor of the spices and then I had a little salt and pepper to taste. You can also add any kind of a hot pepper to it you like . Taste it to see if the seasonings need to be adjusted. Then serve with whatever garnish you have on hand.0
