well...I tracked all weekend is good for me...however...I earned a whopping 10 for the entire weekend didn't eat enough, didn't drink enough water..I never seem to get breakfast on the weekends which sets me up to either not eat enough, or be so hungry I scarf all the foodz...so, I'm at 40 - I suck0

First two weeks of the month at a glance. Little low on carbs the second week, but it didn't affect my workouts or how I felt. Overall, I'm pleased. Added Sat Fat to the tracking the second week.0 -
