My main goals remain training ones: I have another triathlon during this period, a couple of long bike rides, and plan to do a half marathon on Halloween and focus on breaking 2 hours.
I'd like to get back to losing -- I've finally decided that I want to try to get down to 118, which I think will help make me faster -- but I'm having a really hard time keeping a deficit while training this much and I don't want to push it. So I'll see how it goes and try to start losing again (I'll put in 126 as my starting weight and 122 as my goal, I think), but that might just be something that will wait until the big races are over for the year (and Thanksgiving and my birthday and Christmas are coming up, of course!).0 -
Goals:
Just joined Weight Watchers at Work so...
1) Log all meals & calculate points -- stay under!!!!
2) Drink plenty of water
3) Follow exercise schedule
If I do all 3 of the above I should lose weight so I won't put in a certain number that I want to lose. I just want to lose!0 -
Focusing on whole foods:
1. Substitute preworkout powder for matcha and lemon water
2. Substitute (most) protein bars for homemade protein bars
3. Substitute (most) protein powders for “real” food
In essence, I can only use protein bars and powders when there really is no alternative and I need to get some sort of pre or postworkout food into my system and real food is not an option.
4. Continue with yoga after work 3x/week in addition to cardio/strength workouts
5. Get/keep weight at or below 140
6. Do something social on my own (no husband) at least 1x/month
