Trail Run this coming up weekend 1. Walk /run each day. No pain 2. Swim Monday and Tuesday 3. Bike at least once for long ride 4. Carb count if not logging 5. this last week was a bad one for me. instead of losing I gained weight. Boo But unfortunately not a huge surprise.
