Congrats on the life changes!
I'm just going to try to stay on plan with eating and workouts and refocus when things get back to normal later in the week. I think I've officially decided to train for a marathon in late February, though.0 -
Lemurcat 12.... Going to work towards Olympic distance tri next year but not a marathon! Resting a ruptured calf muscle ( ran a tri and trail races injuried) so onward toward recovery and finish the weight loss before next tri season0

Goals for 2015
1. convince hubby to give up his clothes rack which is a Nordictrack (may never happen but I keep trying)
2. Get up to 700 min of exercise a week.
3. Try and eat more fruit and less candy. ( I have fallen down the candy hole staying on track calorie wise but should do better.)
4.Work on the bat wings.
5.Stay positive cold weather doesn't bring out the best in me. LOL0 -
Gosh, I have been way off track with a huge distraction in my day to day being in charge of costumes for a local living history event. But it's over and done with, so now back to refocus on my fitness and weight. You guys are so remarkable! I am too chicken to imagine myself training for a triathlon, a marathon, a half or a quarter...
I have been somewhat active, just not logging it. Going to aim for at least 30 minutes of cardio per day and finally getting back to logging my food. My current obsession seems to be snacking on granola - not a low cal treat for sure. Argh!! My other next step: updating my weight. It has crept up a bit more. Doggone it!
Best wishes to you all in working towards a healthier you!0 -
Cumberland Grammy....I am about to log in my food for the first time in such a long time... You are right.. Time to refocus0

Mine for yesterday (Mon) was not a pretty picture, barbhat. Avoiding cookies and granola today. Hope to remain strong as the day wears on. Hang tough, friend!0

Well this has not been a productive challenge for me. I ended up gaining instead of losing this challenge. I found out i have a giant gall stone which is causing issues. super fun:( I get to talk to a surgon tomorrow.Anyway i am not planning on getting anywhere my goal but maybe next time.
So this last week i will
1) drink plenty of water
2)get plenty of rest
3)2-3 runs
4Just get into better habits before the holidays.
