Week of October 5 goals

My life has been crazy lately, but I'm excited to get back to taking logging and fitness seriously.
Goals for the week are:
(1) log everything
(2) stick to my calorie goal
(3) bring lunch (I screwed this up already, as I had prepared food but ran out of the house without it)
(4) more meatless meals/more legumes
(5) focus on sleeping better
(6) keep to my new workout plan (have decided to focus more on weights and increasing my weekly running mileage to prepare for winter)

1. no snacking in the evening
2. get on exercise bike

1. Stop at the school and see if the pool is open and available for use again.
2. Try and eat food calories instead of candy calories.
3. Go to bed earlier feel very tired need to recharge.0 -
All nutrition goals and habits
1. No eating after work... Tough life habit
2. No mindless snacking... Big chair and TV habit
3. Log and pre log...
4. Buckle down and lose some weight!

Get a run in before the 5k this weekend.

1. No eating after work... Tough life habit..yes! One whole week of new habit!

4. Buckle down and lose some weight!a few pounds....gained five last month from switching to evening shift and not as active
