Ok So my cough didn't really let me accomplish my goals last week so i am going to try again. I did manage 6 miles walking last week and that was the extent of my exercise.
I still have my cough and it made my run this morning slow going and shorter then I want but i was happy i did it nonetheless. I need to get in a better habit of running again. My husband signed us up for a marathon so i need to get in the habit again before i start building miles next year.
I think it is getting to cold to enjoy swimming right now so that will wait till next summer.
This week
1)run 3-4 times
2) bike 2-3 times
3) get all steps in this week.( stay at the top of my workweek hustle challenge on fitbit)
4) stay in calories
5)drink 8-12 glasses of water each day
6) lose a couple of pounds

Last week I went on this gluttony of candy and caffeine. I would say I would stop but as it was stress that triggered it I'm afraid I could kill someone.
This weeks goals.
1. lower the intake of caffeine and candy til I can say I'm on a low intake to no intake.
2. get up and exercise right away. I've slacked off and have been grabbing the stress reliever instead of walking it off.
3. Cold weather is just around the corner don't wait for the hubby to do it just call for the furnace to get fixed.
4. Stop competing with my daughters boyfriends mother for who will be the thinnest at their wedding. It's like comparing apples and oranges and it's just stressing me out.
We'll go for that if I can lower the caffeine I'm sure the stress and anxiety levels will settle down.0
