Two weeks to Trail Race.....so
1.lose two pounds
2. No eating in big chair
3. Figure out my logger block!
4. Go to bed earlier
5. Run/walk/shuffle/swim/exercise bike/ride
6. Open water swim Tuesday.... No excuse!
7. No injury

1. Weight down a little
2. Three days of only eating at the table...
3. Did open water swim but strained injuried leg pushing off bottom for dolphin dive
4. So no walk or run or bike for days
5. Grateful for opportunity to stay healthy

4. Go to bed earlier did better
5. Run/walk/shuffle/swim/exercise bike/ridereinjuried leg so few exercise bike sessions only
6. Open water swim Tuesday.... No excuse! was late but went anyhow... Good strong swim
7. No injury
Freak reinjury of ruptured calf muscle pushing off ocean floor..rats!0
