..1. Completed races with partially tore calf muscle... Acquired while totally tearing up the trails while running! In recovery mode
2. Lost same five pounds several times but with steady turtle pace downward
3. Body fat not measured yet
4. Progress in not snacking ... Eating only in dining room....
5. Success! Changed 10 year habit of eating after 12 hr work shift..
6. Better sleeping.... Changed work shift...
Thanks for words of encouragement... On ward to New Years challenge, eh?

I did great I ran 2 5k's, did a cleanse diet with Tosca Reno, and didn't eat halloween candy!

I consider October a success as I didn't gain weight. The weight came off slower but as it's getting colder I'm getting slower too. Am hoping to punch it up in November. I ate the candy I ate a LOT of candy but I counted everything. LOL :)

Congrats! Success! Unfortunately did not survive the candy temptation.... Almost did.... But just two days of sweets the whole month....

Pretty much treading water in September and October. I didn't log consistently and worked out a lot less (a semi break after my 70.3 that went on longer than planned, although I've been reasonably active). Not even pretending to try to lose.

I want to make sure I don't let winter turn into a reason to stop running (I know I won't bike outside much over the winter), so am ready to get back to a good training plan and start logging again too. I created a workout plan, so now to carry it out!
