    I did the Daryl kickboxing video and I met my goals for the week. Walkers haven't gotten me yet! Can't wait to see the next episode tomorrow!!!

    Averaging 14,000 steps a day!
    Managing something resembling a workout in spite of working 15 hours a day, 6-7 days a week. One more week and I should have normalcy!
    Logging every day--NOT going to lose my streak. Day 623!

    I was Rick. Better than last week's Zumba. How can someone who ballroom dances be so bad at Zumba?

    Well the first week back at school did this teacher in. Did great on out walking the zombies but my weakness in flexibility and strength did me in. Soon I will be craving brains...

    Dang it. I tried posting last night but it was still sitting here this morning so I missed check in. That's OK, the wedding was to fun for me to be upset.

    I did reach all my goals this week, and even avoided wedding cake.

    I'm still here! I had a busy week last week and I'm about to have an even busier one this week. I will join the walkers as I did not check in this past weekend. I skipped the challenge and I didn't complete one of my goals.

    My goals:
    1. Cycle 100 miles and walk/run 5 miles per week
    Complete, 107 miles biked and 8 miles walked/jogged
    2. Stay at/under calories 7/7 days per week & drink at least 64 oz water per day
    Went over calories 1 day! First time in two months, but I guess I should have given myself a little more room instead of 7/7 days.
    3. Lose 1 lb per week
    Complete, almost 5 lbs down this week!

    Another week done! Damn that workout was way harder than I thought it would be! My legs were shaking walking down the stairs afterwards!
    All my goals met. Next week will be hard because we are going to Italy on our holidays but I will do my best. I'll definitely be walking a lot but I also plan on consuming plenty of pizza and wine!

    First Responder check in: Met all my goals and completed the zombie challenge even with a super stressful week at work. I actually had to redo the zombie challenge when I reread the rules and realized that I didn't do it right the first time.

    Zombie challenge done with squats, lunges, j. Jacks, m. Climbers, crunches, and a 2 punch 2 knee combo. Best 30 min workout ever.
