Hey kids.
So you probably don't even remember me but I'm that one dude who started this group with Sara but then she stopped showing up.
Anyways, sorry for not being around/posting/etc.
Coaching business has been going very strong, fortunately. I'm also certifying with shredded by science so that's another item on my plate.
Hope you're all killing it.
