in addition to watching my carbs... I personally love to YouTube a show to dance to or play Just Dance (or YouTube workouts from it when I'm out of town like this one http://youtu.be/PbwndQ3bmsM )

    Yes, I'll be going out of town on business Sunday - Wednesday. They have a nice track, pool, and fitness center, but I think I may dance some too :)
