Saturday marks a week since we started this journey, how are you doing. Post your result for the week here anytime this week. I know not everyone wants to weigh in on Saturday so pick your day each week or weigh monthly. Do measurements also. This is not a contest so be honest with yourself. Sometimes we gain, sometimes we drop and sometimes we stay the same. Just stay on the path and you will meet your goal.
