Saturday marks a week since we started this journey, how are you doing. Post your result for the week here anytime this week. I know not everyone wants to weigh in on Saturday so pick your day each week or weigh monthly. Do measurements also. This is not a contest so be honest with yourself. Sometimes we gain, sometimes we drop and sometimes we stay the same. Just stay on the path and you will meet your goal.

    I started back up with MFP on Sept. 12th, just in time to start this challenge! Water weight loss this week, though I'm happy to be back to logging. Have a great weekend!

    I haven't lost anything for a while. In fact, I gained like 10 lbs. I really need to get my butt in gear. Lol, I even have a 5k to do next weekend. That is going to be rough

    Really pleased as this is despite a couple of far too calorie heavy treats, but it looks like the extra exercise this week balanced it.
