    210+10=220. wow yesterday I was under by too many cals, over on carbs by 2 and over on fat by 3. too low protein. Can't wait for my protein to arrive. Have to pull up my socks.

    9/7: 240 + 30 = 270
    (Fat, Protein, Water... under on the rest)
    ^^^ That was supposed to be 9/8...
    9/9: 50 + 270 = 320
    9/10: 60 + 320 = 380

    Sept Challenge: Cals 0 or under 50G
    C, F, S: 0 or 10G under no more (carbs, fat, sugar)
    P: within 10G over or under (protein)
    W: 8-8oz glasses a day (water)
    Max: 60 Points per day.

    well...I tracked all weekend is good for me...however...I earned a whopping 10 for the entire weekend :s didn't eat enough, didn't drink enough water..I never seem to get breakfast on the weekends which sets me up to either not eat enough, or be so hungry I scarf all the foodz...so, I'm at 40 - I suck :'(

    My low score days have still been decent. Staying under with Carbs and Sugar and not worried about going over with Protein.

    First two weeks of the month at a glance. Little low on carbs the second week, but it didn't affect my workouts or how I felt. Overall, I'm pleased. Added Sat Fat to the tracking the second week.

    Lmao, this surprises you or you're just confirming? It's part of my workout spreadsheet. Kind of a snapshot view of everything in one worksheet. It's easy to plug in the numbers every day. I got time... :wink: I'll upload a screenshot of the whole thing cause I know you can't wait to see it. Hehe.
