I had my gastric bypass in Feb 2015 also but i have only lost 41 lbs since surgery date but 58 lbs since highest weight. please tell me your daily diet plan of what you are eating generally; recently i started eating vegetarian diet and weight loss has picked up a little. I have a sugar addiction also! any advice would be greatly appreciated.0

You look really good, I am impressed.
I have thought about surgery for years but never quite got up the nerve. I am trying to diet again, and have lost over 30 lbs, but I have more than 100 to go. Guess I'll keep thinking about it.0 -

most of us here had thought about it for years and did many years of the yo-yo dieting. I wish I had decided on the surgery years ago. I'm coming up on my 6 month surgiversary, Oct 1st, and have lost a total of 124 lbs with 79 of that since Apr 1st. the surgery definately is an additional tool to use in losing weight

Rob, there is definitely a lot of things to contemplate before going this route. It can be overwhelming to think about. If you have any specific questions that you can't find an answer for, or just want fresh opinions, feel free to start a new thread.0
