Dang it. I tried posting last night but it was still sitting here this morning so I missed check in. That's OK, the wedding was to fun for me to be upset.
I did reach all my goals this week, and even avoided wedding cake.0 -

I'm still here! I had a busy week last week and I'm about to have an even busier one this week. I will join the walkers as I did not check in this past weekend. I skipped the challenge and I didn't complete one of my goals.
My goals:
1. Cycle 100 miles and walk/run 5 miles per week
Complete, 107 miles biked and 8 miles walked/jogged
2. Stay at/under calories 7/7 days per week & drink at least 64 oz water per day
Went over calories 1 day! First time in two months, but I guess I should have given myself a little more room instead of 7/7 days.
3. Lose 1 lb per week
Complete, almost 5 lbs down this week!0 -
Another week done! Damn that workout was way harder than I thought it would be! My legs were shaking walking down the stairs afterwards!
All my goals met. Next week will be hard because we are going to Italy on our holidays but I will do my best. I'll definitely be walking a lot but I also plan on consuming plenty of pizza and wine!0 -
