    you look amazing and i am so jealous!! I had my gastric bypass in Feb 2015 also but i have only lost 41 lbs since surgery date but 58 lbs since highest weight. please tell me your daily diet plan of what you are eating generally; recently i started eating vegetarian diet and weight loss has picked up a little. I have a sugar addiction also! any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I have thought about surgery for years but never quite got up the nerve. I am trying to diet again, and have lost over 30 lbs, but I have more than 100 to go. Guess I'll keep thinking about it.

    most of us here had thought about it for years and did many years of the yo-yo dieting. I wish I had decided on the surgery years ago. I'm coming up on my 6 month surgiversary, Oct 1st, and have lost a total of 124 lbs with 79 of that since Apr 1st. the surgery definately is an additional tool to use in losing weight
