Hi, just wondering what the agreed start date is? 21st Sept or 28th?
I go dancing 3 times a week and am planning to add in swimming and body pump. Have been eating clean for a while, initial 10lb loss, but now stalled. Hoping increasing the exercise will kick start it again.

I just started Insanity today! I think this is a great time as there are no holidays until Thanksgiving so it's a perfect 2 month program for me to start now. Anyone else doing Insanity?0
