Who would like to join me for the last 12 weeks of the year. The last week of September until the week before Christmas? Our goal is to tone, firm, reduce and redefine. I will be creating the particulars. The Challenge is (1) workout twice a day at least 4 times a week if possible. The first workout can be 15-30 minutes and the 2nd workout 60 mins or longer if possible. If you have any of these DVD's, they can be used: 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, All Jillian Michael's, Insanity Max 30, Body Beast, Body Pump, Turbo, Focus T25, ChaLean or any others that challenge you. (2) Eat clean at least 5 days a week more if possible and (3) HAVE FUN and have the Body you deserve!
