Week 6 (i think?) ALREADY?!?! I knew October was going to fly by with all the travelling I had going on, but man, it was over in a blink. And now it seems we're soon to be halfway thru this Challenge!
I did not do so great while away. Got in a few sporadic workouts here and there and walking, but definitely not like I had been! Now it's buckle down time for me. Today, Monday, I started a guided 21 day "purification" diet and got back with my personal trainer. And I start my new career adventure which comes with regular M-F 6:30am-3pm hours!! That schedule will make complying with this healthy lifestyle so much easier than my day/overnight rotating 13 hour shifts 3 days per week!

Congrats on getting a schedule that works better for you.
September and October were horrible for me with eating less nuts and being consistent with exercise but this month I'm ready (I think lol).0 -

MissM2, good job! I saw others on MFP doing the 30ds too since Nov has 30d! Good thinking. And amazing step count!

I think it is just us that actually log in others may just not communicate I hope lol. Since today was a rest day, I'm looking forward to tomorrow we are 1/2 way there!!!!! YAY0

I'm still here! Just not doing the squat challenge so I'm laying low. But making it to the gym regularly! And finally started some walks worked back into my day too0

Awesome I am so proud of you! I only did 100 my legs are so sore I volunteered for the Festival of Lights in Chicago and I walked 4.5-6 miles. I was on my feet from 7am - 8pm0

Level two is different types I am not focusing on my Quads but the shape so I will probably do another round "haha" no pun intended but 100 DONE!0

For me probably not level 2 is very aggressive like @ day 3 or for its 55 and & day 9 80 or so and just doing the basic dailys are a stretch for me since Body Pump Routine might have 120+ in a single routine 3 times a week. My instructor hates to hear I'm doing this challenge since it's easy to cause an injury. With that said I am done with my 75 & 50 since I slacks over the holiday lol0

I've done the 59 and 75 ... still have the 125 from today to do but I'll get there . Eventually lol0
