Well, I kind of went off track the last 2 weeks or so, but this Challenge definitely me helped me stay on track up to that point, so thank you!!
And I'm very proud to say that I just achieved my goal of performing a REAL push-up! On toes, straight line, broke that 90 degree plane! Wooo!!
