    SW: 165.8 - some is water weight, I was 164 a few days prior
    Week 1: 163.8 - lost the water weight and maybe a little bit of actual weight :smiley:

    I started a new circuit training class last Monday, and was sore for days. Then I got sick. Thinking I'm retaining a bit of water here... we'll see how it pans out next week. My calories were pretty good for the week.

    I gained again this last week but it was totally on me, eating anything and everything. Started walking again today and will try to stay within my calorie goal.

    So week 1 and I've gained 3 lbs! Not the best start :( but it was possibly the worst week to start as it is my birthday and I've spent a few days celebrating (ridiculous amounts of naughty food and alcohol!). I will be super strict after tomorrow and try and make a bit back.

    Challenge Goal Weight - 144 (doing it in small steps - if i manage 20 that will be great and if i reach 144 I will amend my goal but for now, small steps)
