    Since the "community" function wasn't mobile friendly in the past, I've been an inactive member of this group for a couple of years. Today as I linked my jawbone to MFP, I looked through the posts. I had no idea of this rift on a support site.... And I'm glad I read the rules!!

    I am guilty of pointing out my experiences in the General Weight Loss forums regarding LCHF. But that is all in the past and I know not to do it here anymore.
