Hi Everyone, I have seen and participated in this thread on other forums, so thought I would try it here as well. You just put you numbers in the post and then check back every so often so you and your "Fitness Twin" can connect!

Height: 5'8"
Current Weight: 198lbs
Goal Weight: 155-165lbs


I log into my diary daily, even on the bad food or days, so I hope my twin does as well:). I hope I can motivate and be motivated in return.

    Goal: Size 8 pants but not less than 135lbs

    I follow EM2WL (generally). Also I believe that smart food choices and working out are part of a balanced lifestyle, not a short-term "diet" to "fix" my body... I'd love to find my fitness twin! (Although anyone can add me for reciprocal support)

    I am ultimately trying to be solid not sure if that will happen with the extra skin I have, but it can't hurt to try. I would like to stay a size 4 but be a firm bodied size 4.

    Hi Kia. I sent you a friend request. I am 5'5" and weigh 172. Goal weight is 150ish. I run as well and (almost) a pescetarian! LoL

    Hi Kia. I sent you a friend request. I am 5'5" and weigh 172. Goal weight is 150ish. I run as well and (almost) a pescetarian! LoL

    Love boot camp and strength training. Illness sidetracked my workouts for 3 months, but I'm baaaaack! Sometimes have trouble staying motivated ... realize that only I can fix that. I do find inspiration from MFPs, so maybe my fitness twin can help out?!?!?

    I exercise 3 to4 times a week at the gym by run / walking and weights two times a week.

    I love clothes and I have plenty, I want to fit in my clothes! I want to feel good in my clothes with no tugging or adjusting! I want to not have to wear a girdle! :smile:

    I started back Dec 1st 2015 with eating healthier, but due to a heath issue exercise was put on hold. I'm hoping within the next week or two I'll make that happen. I'm not into fad diets, trends or drinks. I believe in eating your calories & having balanced meals.
