As a reminder:

My week 3 total is pitiful!!! 6.3 miles. So far my total is only 29.12. Way below goal!!!0

Thanks! In triathlon yesterday and had severe calf pain coming out
of water to transition....had to limp and hop...got on bike and couldn't use my left leg! So biked 5 miles just using right leg and going slower than planned....calf pain subsided some so I could actually put pressure down on the left pedal the second 5 miles....actually have used a training program that focuses on using just one leg and my right is much stronger than the left so I didn't have to quit.....so until calf muscle heals and sport med doc says ok, only short bike rides....had a week of bike trail exploration coming up but health is more important....0 -
I won't feel it's complete till I post this. week 4 I only did 10.5. My total for Sept is 39.62, which is below goal.0

Monthly total is 55.... Had planned so much more.... But grateful to have the opportunity to bike....0

Got a eight mile ride in without any calf pain... Flat.... Going to up the mileage this week.... Sport ortho doc appointment next week0 -
