I use that same broth faithfully!!!0

I recognise water, not sure what the rest is (glucose metre on the end?).0

Ahh yes, the little black zip up baggy :-) that did look familiar.0

Armed for battle! I have to admit to being unable to drink the broth. It reminds me of being either ill, or recovering from surgery. Haven't been able to get past that, I just use salt in other places, like in pork rinds, pickles, and a salt shaker. But, that's just me.0

This one has herbs & spices, makes all the difference in the world.
Plain chicken or beef bouillon lack a sort of completeness.

Looks like a great first aid kit! I always keep bouillon cubes at the ready - I find the hot broth very comforting. And between that and the magnesium supplement, my leg and foot cramps are greatly reduced.0

I have started craving broth about half way through my day. It also serves as a nice low carb, low protein filler that adds some food to my belly.
I use Massels 7 beef cubes, but I may have to try Wylers.0 -

@KenSmith108 What brand/flavor is this? I'd love more info. I do okay with my broth, but I miss the truly awesome bites of pan drippings. I imagine more spices and such would mimic the difference.
EDITED to add - I see the Wyler's, but what's the spices bit? Dunno if I've seen it.0 -

Hi Ken,
Why does that look like a Kennedy toolbox (bottom box)? (Maybe because it is!) Are you a machinist or Toolmaker? Or?
Just curious... (I was a tool & mold maker for over 22 years, 1977 to 1999).

Dan good eyes, that Kennedy box is 40 years old, the Park toolbox next to it is 41.
They've been sitting in those same spots for 37 years. This is only the second shop I
worked in. I was hired on as a machinist & was soon trained as a Toolmaker.
I have 3 more years & 1 month and both toolboxes are going on sale.
